What types of corporate events can you host?
We host conferences, meetings, seminars, exhibitions, away days, networking events, team retreats and private corporate dinners.
Can we arrange a site visit before booking?

Are bespoke corporate packages available?
Yes. We can tailor packages based on delegate numbers, room layouts, catering requirements and overnight stays.
Can invoices be issued for corporate bookings?
Yes. Full invoicing and staged payment options are available for business clients.
Is a deposit required?
A deposit is required to secure your booking, with payment schedules confirmed during the booking process.

Does the venue have Wi-Fi?
Yes. Wi-Fi is available throughout the main event spaces and meeting areas.
What AV facilities are available?
The venue can provide microphones, presentation facilities and background audio systems, with additional AV support available through trusted suppliers.
Are projector screens available?
Yes. Selected spaces, including the Orangery, feature built-in projector screen facilities.
Can hybrid or virtual meetings be supported?
Depending on your requirements, hybrid meeting and livestreaming support can be arranged through specialist AV suppliers.
Is there space for breakout sessions?
Yes. The venue layout allows for multiple breakout spaces and flexible room configurations.
Can branding and signage be added?
Yes. Corporate branding, signage and event styling can all be incorporated throughout the venue.

Is on-site accommodation available?
Yes. Great Tythe Barn offers accommodation for up to 90 guests across the Tythe House, cottages and Tythe Lodge rooms.
Can delegates stay overnight?
Absolutely. Overnight accommodation is ideal for multi-day conferences, retreats and team events.
Is breakfast included?
A continental breakfast can be added to your booking at Tythe Lodge or the cottages.
Are there accommodation options for groups?
Yes. We offer flexible accommodation suitable for teams, speakers and corporate guests.
Is the venue easily accessible for business travel?
Yes. Great Tythe Barn is conveniently located near the M4 and M5 with nearby rail connections, making it accessible from London, Bristol, Birmingham and the South West.
